I applied for AIQ and I doubt I'll get a seat allotted in Round 1. So, can I quit AIQ after round one itself?

It is mandatory to fill the second round of all India quota counselling even if you did not get a seat in first round.If your quit,you would not get your refund.Thus information is according to the mcc site counselling scheme.
So you would have to fill the choices for second round and then if you are not allowed a college you would get refund.

The fees for All India Counselling are non-refundable.
Yes, you can quit after the 1st round of counselling but you won't get back the fees. So it is advisable that you continue the process of counselling and apply for Round 2 as well and the following mop up round too.

Do I have to pay again for the next rounds? If in case, I don't get a seat even after mop-up round, what then? Do they not return the security deposit at all?
Hello Soumya!The fees that you pay during the registration for the counselling process covers all the rounds of counselling that is 1st, 2nd and mop-up. Therefore, you do not have to make any payments again during the 2nd round choice-filling process. However, the fees are absolutely non-refundable. You won't get it back, even if you are not selected after the mop-up round.
