See most of the private colleges give you admission on the basis of the fact whether you cleared the cut off or not and in some colleges they may check your ranking. For now you can go to different colleges cut off from previous year and make a conclusion as what is best for you. You may expect a shuffling too in that data as even neet ranking saw a huge ups and down. Don't lose heart and hope for the Best.
