As the first round of councelling is already over so I believe with 435 you must have landed up in a private medical college. In 2018 493 mark secured a seat in government medical college khandwa. This year the cutoffs went really higher than the previous year cutoffs. First round neet councelling is already done by now. If you did not get a seat in that I suggest you to try for the same in the second round of councelling which is ongoing. But as such no specific predictions can be put forward because cutoffs are subject to change and till now all the speculations regarding the increase in the cutoff have come true. As of now Just follow the councelling process .
