Hello Aspirant,
It would be difficult to predict your admission chances based on your percentile. But with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
You can go for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
