I got 83k CRL and 13k EWS rank in JEE and my friend got CRL 1 Lakh .....so his ews rank will also be less than me ......but he is telling his EWS rank 10k. How could his EWS rank go lesser than me (10k he says) when My crl is also lesser than him

It is not possible, either your friend is not telling you the truth or must be getting better crl than you. You must check is result and your too once again.
As it is not possible that the general rank is less while the ews rank is more.
