I got 89219 general rank in JEE MAIN can I get CET, ODISHA With computer science branch

No for general category students, the last cutoff is 48000. so its hard to get CS branch.
You can get Mechanical, Electronic and Instrumentation, Civil, IT Engineering branch with this rank.
I will suggest you to go with IT branch because there is no much difference in CS and IT.
