i got 90000 rank in jeemains cani get ECE in vasavi or vnr?

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am hoping you are from General Category. Now, with general category rank of 90K in JEE mains, you have extremely low chances of getting any Good NIT's in ECE branch as the required rank for general category is within 25K in JEE mains according to the previous year JEE mains cutoff.
But with the above performance in JEE mains, you can still get some state level engineering colleges under the state counseling as the admission is based on the JEE mains scorecard.
