i got 96216(genral) rank in jee mains, can i get seat in VNR r VASAVI in ECE branch through B caterogy?

I don't think you will be able to get into these these top colleges of Hyderabad for your desired branch.I mean, the are very less chances for this to happen but let's hope the best. But as the rank is good, you may get into other branches of these institutes.
