i got 90.49 percentile in january attempt, is my rank vary or changes if i dont give april attempt

No,Your your rank will not vary if you don't give the April attempt. Your expected rank is around 82,642. It's difficult to get a seat in NITs.
You should definitely take the April attempt. You have a chance to make a progress and come out with flying colours so don't Miss this opportunity and take full advantage of it.
