i got 90.49 Percentile in jee but my rank is 101987 because i am general category..... will I get a good college???

Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you deserves Home State quota for any of the lower NITs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
