The possibility of you getting admission into IITs depends totally upon you and your hardwork and the next 1 year.Its you who has to decide whether you want to get into IITs at any cost in one year and you willing to put everything on the line, then yes you can.You jist need hard-work,determination in the right direction.If you haven't studied anything in 11th seriously then your first job is to utilize this lockdown period and thoroughly revise class 11th syllabus, make your basics strong because it plays key role in solving tricky questions.
If you have taken any coaching then they will guide you with materials and you should follow that diligetly.If you are not enrolled in any coaching then put more efforts and solve the standard books.
Remember the more you will practice, the better you will get.Solve past year question papers to develop understanding of questions.
Most importantly also have focus on your 12th syllabus and boards because its compulsory to score 75% marks in boards to get admission in IITs.

I wouldn't say its impossible, but its rather difficult to crack JEE Advanced too. Nevertheless, you can work hard to do that also.
Firstly, you have to spend enough time to read all your Class 11 NCERT and solve Textual Exercises. Then, you gotta purchase some reference books and practice for both Class 11 and 12 simultaneously. In my opinion, April session of 2021 should be the goal for you. (I assume you just got into Class 12). You have to devote this whole year for the preparation and spend atleast 2-3 hours everyday minimum.
Preparation for Advanced level needs lots of guidance. So, I suggest you go to any Coaching Institute.
