Percentile scores are based on the relative performance of all those candidates who appear for the examination. It obtained after transforming the scores into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.
Percentile Score shows the percentage of candidates who have scored equal to or below a particular percentile in an exam.
As you have scored 91.13 percentile, this means that 91.13% of the aspirants who have taken the exam have scored less than or equal to what you have scored.
As of now, there is no information declared by the National Test Agency (NTA) related to the cutoffs. The NTA will declare the combined result of bith the exams( 1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the results of 2nd exam will be declared on April 30.You have to wait till then.
As you have scored 91.13 percentile, there are decent chances that you will get NITs.
