Hello!!
According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), a total of 9,34,000 students had registered for JEE Mains 2019 exam (Paper 1) and 1,38,000 students had registered for the B Arch/B Planning courses while the previous year, there were 9,41,000 registrations for JEE mains.The number of registrations have declined a bit this year.

Jee Main is a national level entrance exam for engineering aspirants. So every year almost 13 to 15 lakhs candidates appear for this examination including all caste, genders. Though in January session the numbers of candidates is less compared to April session. Almost 2 lakhs students appear for the JEE MAIN paper 2 exam.
