I have a general EWS certificate issued on September 9, 2020 valid for 2019-2020, but the JEE Advanced demands for a certificate to be issued on or after April 1. What should I do?

hi,
see you have mentioned your certificate issued on September 9, 2020. so it is after april 1, 2020. so it is valid to apply for jee advance. now if your certificates are old you have to generate a new certificate with current income status. however Candidates who are unable to get the new certificate accordingly may upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of GEN-EWS Certificate) to that effect.
