I have a general EWS certificate issued on September 9, 2019 valid for 2019-2020, but the JEE Advanced demands for a certificate to be issued on or after April 1. What should I do?

You can renew your EWS certificate.

You can apply for renewal in concerned government office to get certificate RENEWED.

You can get certificate with in 15 days.

But how would they renew if it is in valid period
Means it is valid for a year na.....
