I have a problem with candidate login and I cannot change my password and if I provide the details It says there is no candidate with these

There might be some problem with the server or your internet. Make sure you have an active internet connection. Clear the cache of the browser and then again try to login. Make sure you are entering correct registration id and password and also if the password has any capital letters or symbols then make sure you are using the correct letters.
Also try to use some other browser like if you are using Google chrome, go for internet explorer or Firefox.
Even then if the problem persists, then i would suggest you to contact the authorities regarding the same so that your issue is resolved.
