i registered neet on the first day itself but today when entered with my application number and password , it seems like there is no such application number or password. whats the matter

I havent received any email or message after registration of neet form There is no such message anywhere I checked my spam box and even my registered number. I only have the confirmation page with me. is it still fine?.. or is there any problem?.. please let me know please answer me. thank you
