I am extremely sorry dear but your marks will not help you to get a seat in government colleges for bams according to past year trends. Also, this year neet cut off marks for government Colleges have gone way far.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.

Unfortunately, score of 339 will not be able to fetch you a government Ayurvedic college under OBC category as cutoffs are coming out to be unexpectedly high this year. For securing a seat in government Ayurvedic college you should atleast have a score of 400+ (380+ in 2018) according to your category. With these marks you can expect a private college but chances are not high for that also.
