I have been uploaded my documents just by signing it. Is it compulsory to write self attested also on documents for du registration?

Don't worry. The registration form for DU is only for the purpose of recording detais and basic information of the applicants. It is totally fine to just sign on the documents that you upload. But during the admission process make sure to write that on your xerox documents that you'll submit for not taking any chance. Just carry the documents and you can ask the admission committe of the college about the self-attested thing.

Self attested here means that you need to upload a scanned copy of the documents with your sign on it. If you upload by just clicking a picutre and uploading it, that would not be counted as self attested. So you need to again upload the document by scanning them, and there is no need to write self attested, you signature here indicate self attested. I hope you're clear with it.
