Yes you can appear for NEET this year as the upper age limit set up for NEET UG is 25 and above for unreserved category and you have not reached the upper age limit so you can definitely appear. Moreover if you do not belong to unreserved category still you have a chance of giving exam.
Also there is no limit on number of attempts for NEET UG. so you can surely give it a try.
