As for now, the upper age limit for NEET UG has been removed and so has the limit for the number of attempts. So, you can sit for NEET as many times as you want.

Dear Pooja, as of now there is no upper age limit for NEET. The minimum age criteria is that you should have completed 17 years atleast by December 31st of the year of admission. The age limit ruling has been on Stay in the Supreme Court's order. Until there is an order that has passed, there is no upper age limit for NEET. So you are eligible for NEET 2020 as per current rules.
