According to your category rank in jee main, there are no chances of getting cse in PEC. Last year the closing rank of cse in PEC was around 12000 (CRL).
But yes you can get other dept. In PEC. And with this rank you can also get some lower branches in the north-eastern nits like nit sikkim,manipur,mizoram.

Not possible to get CSE in the pec Chandigarh .
But you may get other branches ( non-core material and mattelergicul or production and industrial engineering ) if you are from out side state quota .
And if you belong to home state than you will get electrical ; ECE ; mechanical also
You can see last year's cut offs and have an idea about it.

Yes you will be able to get admission in Punjab engineering College with this rank in JEE mains. But you haven't got enough rank for CSE department so it is difficult to get admission in CSE department otherwise you will be able to get admission in some lower departments in punjab engineering college
