Hello aspirant,
if u have sc or st category then my answer is yes.
You can get good college but low branch.
if you have obc or general category then u cant get collegeif u r belong to the general category, then no chance of good college.
You can still get some GFTIs, SFTIs or other good colleges without any category reservations.

Gentleman your percentile is very high.but you can't get Admission in best nit in computer branch.if you want to get any other branches you can get admission in best nit,iiit clg also.but you have not disharted in computer branch before your jossa counselling.
