If you want to do engineering,then go for electronics & communication engineering.
There are lots of opportunities for you.

Since mobile is a combination of software and hardware design there are many courses related to mobile phones. You can pursive engineering in software related part like Information Technolgy/Software Engineering and learn programming languages like Python, Android so that you can develope softwares for mobiles. Or If you want to go for hardware then there are options like Electrical engineering/Eletronics Engineering/System Design Engineering. Or you can apply for courses provided by many companies like Tata Institute, Intex, IndiaMart.
