i have not fill private medical colleges in round 1 mahashtra counceling , now can i change ( fill private medical colleges ) in my choices before round 2 or before mop up round

No, you can not do this, If you are already a Registered Candidate of Maharashtra State NEET Counselling from Round 1 and you have opted only for Government Medical College Counseling then In 2nd Round too you are eligible only for Counselling of Government Colleges, there is no option to select or pay for Private Medical Colleges Counselling Separately in Round 2.
Now you have to wait for Mop up Round to participate in Private Medical Colleges Counselling because in Mop-up Round Candidate needs to do fresh Registration for Counselling process.
