As per your category rank in JEE Mains 2019, I'm sorry to put this in front of you that you are not eligible to appear for JOSAA counselling and hence cannot get a seat in a NIT, IIIT or GFTI in any case. I would suggest you to try private engineering colleges who conduct separate admission tests and if you feel confident enough to clear JEE Mains next year, then take a drop with a mindset to get the job done next time.
