I have registered for AIQ with 5500 fee so if i get a seat allotted in round 1 i dont want to take admission in tht clg will 5000 refunded?

The ₹500 fee that you paid is non refundable registration fees and the remaining ₹5000 fees that you paid is the refundable security deposit.
If you are not alloted a seat and you didn't take admission then it will be refunded, but if you take admission after allotment then this deposit will directly go to your hostel fees collection.
