Dear Aspirant
If you are not willing to continue with the counselling after getting allotted in deemed university in round-1 then you don't have to go further for any process or report to allotted college or any other authority as there is an option for free exit and you'll be eligible for refund amount which will be refunded after all the rounds of counseling.
