If I get govt medical clg in 1st round and don't get any in 2nd round in neet aiq counselling,Will I be eligible to retain the clg from 1st?

Hi dear,
Make sure that when you are opting to go for a second round the colleges that you choose should be of higher ranks than that which you were getting in first round this will make sure that if not better than that you will get a seat in that same college.
