Unfortunately, you have no chance to get a medical seat in with a score of 116 marks, st category and state quota.
As under all India quota, you need to score atleast 400 marks, if we consider last year's cutoff and under state quota too, 300 marks are minimum required to get a medical seat in government medical college of Jharkhand.
