I have scored 521 in neet 2019 . it's not a very bad score . Why can't i grab any medical seat in India ?

Whether your score is good or bad is determined by the average score scored by candidates in the given year as well as the seat availability. These two things determine your rank. And if one has a rank below 15, 000 under 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA, then getting a medical seat is a sure thing.
And ranking under 85% state quota is based.on tje number of medical seats available in that particular state. Some states have a lot of seat while some have few seats. Also, the average score scored by candidates of the state is a determinant.

I agree to this as your score is really good.have it been some 5 years back you would have surely been enrolled in any college but since the competition is increasing every year its getting difficult.
Moreover now there's only one combined exam and no state pmts so everyone enrolls in it thereby increasing rank.
