I have secured a rank of 28k NEET 2018. What is the benefit/harm of applying/skipping All India Counseling? I have Karnataka state domicile.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You may have chances for admission to government colleges under state quota in Karnataka.
