I live in Uttar Pradesh. Can i give other state engineering exams like Wbjee?

You cannot give all the exams of other states but exams like comedk can be given in kaenataka and cet is for only who habe studied in karnataka for 12 years so if you wanna take admission in other states do some research on the exams which you can give
