With the score you have secured its difficult to get into a government college. A minimum of 520-540 is required to get into government college.
You may think of opting for private/deemed institutions...You will have a fair chance of getting a seat in one of those colleges.
Another imp trick is to wise counselling. Choose and lock ur college preferences in a way that you are able to get a seat in the first or second round of counselling. Cz towards the final rounds the counselling tends to get unpredictable.
