I passed jee mains and I scored 45 marks and rank is 97000 and pwd rank is 216 ,will you preferred college to me ..

Since your Jee main marks are not enough good but your rank from pwd category wise is good through which you have fair chances to get good govt. colleges like GFTI may be IIIT as well eventhough state govt colleges are also there. So try for the best
