I scored 202 marks and 77.49 percentile in CMAT-2020, can you suggest me to opt top 10 b-school for my MBA in Finance (any where in India)

With your CMAT scores you may not get the top colleges accepting CMAT but you can still have some decent colleges which you can expect a call from but you'll have to perform exceptionally well in the GD/PI rounds to get into the following  colleges

• XISS Ranchi (fees =10 lakhs)
• XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
• IMT Hyderabad (12 lakhs)
• BIMM Pune (7.85 lakhs)
• ITM Navi Mumbai (10.5 lakhs)
• NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)
• JIMS Rohini (7.7 lakhs)

All of them are considered to be tier 2 colleges but
If you're considering to pursue Financial Management then XIME would be a little better in this list. All these colleges (except XISS whose Human Resource Management program is one of the best) are good for marketing only with an average compensation package of around 6-7 lakhs. XIME Bangalore has decent academics and placements for finance also. The other colleges provide average placements for financial management with an average package of around 4-5 lakhs.

You should also try to apply for IBSAT written exam as it is also one of the good colleges for Finance.
