The eligibility of NEET is based upon 2 factors namely;
1) Age
2) You must have attained minimum 45% marks in each subject namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
I am sorry but your marks in chemistry does not fullfill the 45% requirement and hence you are ineligible for NEET.
