Lovely Professional University.
One thing we should keep in mind before taking admission for such course, is that the University we are
choosing, must provide us deep and practical knowledge of the core subjects, must adopt for new
technologies faster and the University’s environment should be healthy and clean and LPU does it all
perfectly.
LPU becomes India’s first Private University to get ICAR Accreditation.
Among all 8 institutions evaluated at ICAR’s 22nd Board Meeting, LPU School of
Agriculture was approved for accreditation with one of the highest ratings.
LPU focuses on quality education a lot and all the professors of LPU are highly qualified and
friendly, LPU also focuses a lot on practical knowledge and agriculture students of LPU has to
go through various such practical tasks and projects which makes it very easy to understand
the concepts and develop deep knowledge of the subjects.
Through Rural Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE) programmethe students
develop real time understanding on conventional agriculture methods and effective
dissemination of knowledge to the farmers.
In order to provide basic understanding on emerging problems and technologies involved in
agriculture field visits are conducted to neighbouring farms, orchards and nurseries
In addition to core curricula, course offers subjects like communication and soft skills to
enhance personality and employability.
Now these were just some of the few advantages of LPU but there is much more good to say about LPU
like it’s infrastructure, study environment ,placements, cultural programs and what not, I would definitely
suggest you to go for LPU.
