To give the April JEE Mains exam You have to separately register for the exam even if you have not given the January one. But according to the query that you have posted, I think you must have not registered for the April attempt and right now it is not possible to register as the last date has gone which was 7th March.
I think you must have registered for the April attempt but downloaded the wrong admit card!! Nonetheless please check again by login into your account for April admit card.
