If anybody doesnt get the percentile for 1st round of counselling but has percentile above than that of qualifying percentile in aiims .

Hi Raman,
AIIMS UG 2019 results have been released on 12th June, 2019. They have released the list of qualifying candidates and cutoff percentage. If some of the candidates in the merit list do not take admission in the college, then the subsequent candidates who have qualified but are not in the merit list, will get a chance to take admission. So, as asked by you, such people may get a chance to be a part of the following rounds of counselling procedure.

But it is said that nobody can apply for 2nd round counselling if he/she has not been there in 1st round counselling
