If i am doing my bsc in 1st or 2nd year and i want to apply for engeenering can i apply after getting jee for 2nd time

As per the eligibility the candidates need to pass 10+2 or the equivalent examination in 2017 or 2018 to apply for JEE Main Entrance Exam. You Can check the complete eligibility with the given below link.
