Hello dear
354 is good marks in neet, with this much marks you can just qualify neet but you cannot get a seat in any government medical college with any reservation , 354 marks is not even sufficient for a bds seat for general category.
I suggest you to prepare for neet again and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
