If I will not go for choice lock after Jossa registration what will happen

Nothing will happen. If you don't lock the choices after round 1, the counselling proceeds and in the further rounds if you get a better seat, they'll allot you that. If you think that you haven't filled your choices properly and are satisfied with the current allotment, you can lock the choices. But it's always preferred to not lock the choices as you might get a better seat in the further rounds
