if one got 89 percentile in January jee mains 2020 and is in general category then can he get admission in NIRMA or pdpu in computer science or information technology ?

As you've mentioned that you secured 89 percentile in JEE main examination and also belong to the general category then according to it your admission in NIRMA or PDPU is extremely difficult as you don't match their criteria.
