I'm asking that i belong to obc i hve my obc certificate but not ncl certificate...so i will fill my jee form with help of declaration....but what if i unable to submit ncl certificate can they don't allot me seat or make me out of the admission....????this is my question

Hope you are doing great. So, with regard to your question, If you submit the OBC certificate then your category will be considered as OBC. However, if you had selected the OBC NCL certificate and had not submitted it, then either your application might get rejected, or, your category will fall into general. There will be no reservation for you.
