in neet admit card I forgot to tick the third option not been in contact with covid 19 patient and not under quarantine will it create any issue during counselling or document verification process but I have put my signature on it also is local guardian signature valid in neet admit card

Now the exam has been conducted and that is ok. This will not create any issue. Your results will not be with held nor will you face any issues due to this during Document verification or Counselling. So you are fine. .
