sir/mam there has been a mistake left in my neet admit card in the self declaration form I have not tick mark the third option not been in close contact with covid 19 patient and not under any quarantine as my health was good what should I do now please help

See this year as we know that there are some changes due to COVID-19 Pandemic and self declaration form with admit card was onr of that change. Now as examination is over so that self declaration form is none of the use because it was mandatory at before entering into examination centre but now we are over with it. So now leave it as it is.
