in UPSEE COUNSELING if i don't go for 1st round counseling... so if i want then can i able to register for 2nd round counseling??

You can register for round 1 just and do not attend counselling you can attend the next round provided you just register for round 1

First round of counselling is mandatory for each and every candidate.
If you don't go for first round of counselling then you will not be considered for any further rounds of counselling through UPSEE.
