In upsee online counselling I have choose float option in first round for upgradation in second round but the result is same as first round

Since there were very less vacant seats in this round that's why there is no upgradation. Mine also didn't get upgraded. Most of the candidate are in same situation.

due to all filled seats this has happened.It will change in fourth round
