Does veerashaiva lingayats comes under central obc list, as I want to know so asking this is to you, if we apply for the any central govt jobs can we fill as obc candidate.

No it won't come under OBC-NCL(CENTRAL LIST).
In Karnataka for kcet it will come under OBC-NCL. But for JEE Mains they consider centre list so u will come under "General" category.
